How a plan starts
Pick a plan and pay for it at Stripe Checkout. The plan starts that day and renews monthly, in US dollars, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing page: cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current month is not refunded, except under the 120-day guarantee.
Every scan is paid, and the first runs the day you start
A scan puts your buyer questions to live AI engines (all four on Starter and Growth, ChatGPT alone on ChatGPT Only), three or five times each, through their official APIs. On Starter and Growth that is 120 to 200 live calls, billed to us per run. Your first one runs the day you start, because a description of this product is worth less than one look at your own domain. An ongoing free tier would mean a fake scan or a cached one, and neither tells you anything true.
What stays free
The category leaderboards, the research and every guide on this site are free and unauthenticated, with no email gate. Rank on them is measured and cannot be bought. That includes ours, which is last in our own category.
The 120-day guarantee
If no CiteGraph scan shows ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity naming your product within 120 days of your first payment, every subscription payment from those days comes back. On ChatGPT Only it counts ChatGPT, the one assistant that plan asks. Your side: keep the plan and weekly scans on, and publish three of the pages CiteGraph writes for the questions you lose. How much does CiteGraph cost?+
CiteGraph starts at $19 a month for ChatGPT Only, which tracks one domain and asks ChatGPT alone. Starter is $29 for two domains and Growth is $69 for three, and both ask all four assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. All are billed monthly in US dollars. You pay when you pick a plan at Stripe Checkout, the plan starts at once, and your first full scan runs the same day. Every subscription also carries a 120-day guarantee.
What does ChatGPT Only leave out?+
Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. ChatGPT Only asks ChatGPT and no other assistant, so every rate, lost answer and rival on it is ChatGPT's. It covers 1 project with 20 buyer questions, 10 drafts a month and 4 Autopilot posts a week. Starter and Growth ask all four assistants. Moving up later is a plan change from Billing.
Is there a free plan?+
Not an ongoing one. Signing up shows you a site readiness score and one live AI answer on your own domain for nothing. Your first full scan runs the day you pick a plan and pay for it at Stripe Checkout. There is no free tier beyond that, because every scan asks real buyer questions to live AI engines through their APIs and costs real money per run. The public category leaderboards are free and always will be.
What counts as a project?+
One project tracks one domain. ChatGPT Only includes one project, Starter two and Growth three. Adding a domain beyond your plan's limit requires an upgrade; the limit is enforced by our servers, not just hidden in the interface.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, from the Billing page at any time. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund the current month, because scans spend API money the moment they run. The one exception is the 120-day guarantee.
What is the 120-day guarantee?+
If no CiteGraph scan shows ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity naming your product within 120 days of your first payment (on ChatGPT Only, ChatGPT, the one assistant it asks), we refund every subscription payment from those 120 days. Your side: keep the plan and weekly scans switched on, and publish at least three of the pages CiteGraph writes for the questions you lose. It is checked against your own scan history and claimed from the Billing page between day 120 and day 150. Full terms are at citegraph.app/terms.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Seats are included in the plan: one on ChatGPT Only and Starter, five on Growth. Team members work inside your projects and your plan, so scans come out of your budget rather than theirs.
